Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
UPS Ground: some products that meet UPS weight requirments are shipped via UPS Ground. IMPORTANT, there will be a surcharge for shipping outside of the Continental U.S.
Regarding Larger and Heavier products we ship via Ground Freight. For additional shipping options, pricing, or requirements please call or email us.
If product is damaged in shipment please do not sign for product or note on carrier's delivery receipt and have driver sign the receipt. By signing for product you are accepting that product has been delivered as stated on packing slip and undamaged in shipment.

Return Policy: Goods shall not be returned without a return goods authorization number (RGA) issued by customer service rep through shopforpumps' phone, fax, or email. The RGA number must be listed on the packing slip. Only current part numbers with valid date codes may be returned (within one year). A 20% restocking and packaging fee will apply to all returns. Credit will be issued upon receipt of new and unused product following inspection. All shipping charges must be prepaid. Warranty: All the products on shopforpumps.com carry a standard one year limited warranty on defective parts and workmanship. This limited warranty shall not apply to mechanical seals and the following products and parts: engines, motors, trade accessories and all other products not manufactured by AMT, IPT, Gorman-Rupp. These items may, however, be covered by the warranties of their respective manufacturers.
