Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS First Class for some products, and UPS Ground on others. All products ship within 3 to 5 business days. When your product ships we will send you a Tracking Number so that you can track your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be available on the shipper's Website do to their product shipment and tracking procedures. If and when there is a free shipping promotion on the daveypumps.co Web site, Free shipping is only available to the Continental United States. IMPORTANT: Shipping will be charged to all other areas including but not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, St.John U.S. Virgin Islands. The countries listed are the only countries that are in our sales region, and they are the only countries that that we ship to. If you live in another country outside of our sales region please contact your local Davey Pumps wholesaler or retailer.

Returns & Warranty

Return Policy: Goods shall not be returned without a return goods authorization number (RGA) issued by customer service rep through shopforpumps' phone, fax, or email.  The RGA number must be listed on the packing slip.  Only current part numbers with valid date codes may be returned (within one year).  A 20% restocking and packaging fee will apply to all returns.  Credit will be issued upon receipt of new and unused product following inspection. All shipping charges must be prepaid. 

Warranty:  All the products on shopforpumps.com carry a standard one year limited warranty on defective parts and workmanship.  This limited warranty shall not apply to mechanical seals and the following products and parts: engines, motors, trade accessories and all other products not manufactured by AMT, IPT, Gorman-Rupp.  These items may, however, be covered by the warranties of their respective manufacturers.  For questions on warranty please contact us via email or phone.
